Description MBF1

The ICOM MBF-1 is a suction cup mounting base designed to facilitate the installation of the controller of various Icom mobile transceivers inside a vehicle.

Its large suction cup system allows the assembly to be placed on a suitable flat surface, offering a particularly practical solution when you want to install the screen or transmitter controller without making a permanent fixation.

The MBF-1 has an adjustable articulated system that allows the position and angle of the controller to be modified for a more comfortable viewing from the operator's station.

One of its advantages is its versatility. Icom uses this same base with different specific mounts depending on the transceiver model, so it's important to use the correct adapter for each device.

Compatible with the new Icom ID-5200E

The ICOM MBF-1 is also compatible with the new Icom ID-5200E . For this installation, it must be combined with the Icom MBA-20 stand , specifically designed for use with the ID-5200E controller and the MBF-1 base.

The MBA-20 + MBF-1 combination allows for a mobile installation of the ID-5200E controller by taking advantage of the suction cup and regulation system of the MBF-1.

The new Icom ID-5200E requires the use of the Icom MBA-20 . The MBA-20 attaches to the controller and allows it to be used in conjunction with the MBF-1 base station.
