Is it safe to buy at LOCURA DIGITAL?
At Locura Digital we take care of your personal data and avoid storing sensitive information such as banking details, card numbers... For this reason, we will never ask you for your banking details; you will always make the payment directly with the entity of your choice.
In the case of bank transfers, we will provide you with our account number so that you can make the payment securely.
For options such as card payments, PayPal or others, we will always redirect you to the secure page of the payment provider, where you can enter your data safely following their security protocols.
As for the personal data required to process your order, they are handled in accordance with our Privacy and Data Protection policy.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not left our warehouse, you may cancel it by sending an email or calling our commercial department. Please clearly state the reason for cancellation, as well as your details and order number.
What steps should I follow to make a return?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. The product and its packaging must be in perfect condition and include all documentation. If the product is not in perfect condition and/or the original packaging is missing or damaged, the item may suffer a depreciation.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer. LOCURA DIGITAL will not accept postage due shipments, except when the return is due to an error on our part. In such a case, please contact our commercial department first at (+34) 93 861 63 72.
To exchange the product for another item, please contact the commercial department so that we can assess the possibility.

How much does shipping cost?
- Spain, mainland and Balearic Islands
- The shipping cost is 6,50 Euros (taxes incl.).
- Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- The shipping cost is 27,50 Euros. Upon delivery, the customer must pay the import customs clearance fees plus IGIC.
- Portugal (mainland)
- The shipping cost is 6,61 Euros (taxes incl.), except for certain specific locations with additional forwarding charges. If you provide us with your postal code, we will confirm the exact transport cost to your address.
