For the FTDX-101MP transmitter, when using an external tuner, it will automatically adjust the maximum RF power to 100W. Therefore, when using this tuner, the maximum output power is 100W. The FT-817/818 transmitter also cannot use this tuner; If you are using this transmitter, please choose mAT-10 tuner, which is specially designed for FT-817/818. This tuner is also an excellent choice for users who enjoy operating the transmitter in digital modes such as FT8, CW, and RTTY. In most tuners, it is not possible to resist RF signals of digital modes up to 100 watts. The mAT-Y200 allows the passage of RF signals of digital modes up to 100 watts. As an external antenna tuner, it connects to the transmitter via a mAT-CY control cable. The transmitter supplies power to the tuner through this cable, communicates with it and controls its operation. The tuner does not require an additional power supply.
