The Icom AH-6 is an automatic outdoor antenna tuner. The ICOM IC-AH-6 Automatic Antenna Tuner, operating from 1.8 to 54 MHz, is designed by Icom to work with long-wire and random-wire antennas. Installed directly at the antenna base, it automatically adjusts the impedance, allowing for optimal matching across various HF bands without manual intervention during frequency changes.
Thanks to its fully sealed construction, the AH-6 is designed for permanent outdoor installation, withstanding the most demanding weather conditions. Its quick tuning system remembers previously set frequencies, significantly reducing the time required to retune to a previously used frequency.
It is the ideal complement to Icom radios compatible with a remote tuner, especially when you want to install a long-wire antenna with maximum performance in minimal space. Its fully automatic operation simplifies installation at fixed stations as well as in locations where conventional resonant antennas cannot be mounted.
