MIKE-MAG
The MIKE-MAG is a magnetic mount designed by Midland for CB (Citizen Band) microphones that offers a convenient and secure solution for attaching the microphone to the dashboard of your car, truck or 4x4. This innovation from Midland provides a convenient way to keep your microphone within reach and prevent it from slipping or getting lost while driving.
This magnetic mount is compatible with a wide range of Midland radio stations, such as the M5, M10, DualMike, Alan 48 PLUS, 48 EXCELL, Midland 220, Midland 248, 248XL and 278, as well as spare microphones. This ensures its versatility and usefulness for a variety of Midland CB radio models.

Preparing the area on the dashboard: Clean and dry the area of the dashboard where you plan to place the piece with the 3M adhesive. Make sure the surface is free of dust, grease or dirt for best adhesion.
Attach the part with the 3M adhesive: Peel off the protective paper from the 3M adhesive on the back of the part and place it in the desired location on the dashboard. Press firmly for a few seconds to ensure good adhesion.
Install the metal piece on the microphone: Find the back of the microphone where a plastic clip would normally fit. In its place, place the metal piece provided with the MIKE-MAG. This metal piece should be designed to specifically fit the microphone and adhere firmly.
Place the microphone on the dashboard : With the metal piece installed on the microphone, you can mount the microphone on the dashboard where you have placed the piece with the 3M adhesive. The metal piece should magnetically connect to the piece on the dashboard, securing the microphone in place.
Adjust Microphone Position: Once installed, adjust the microphone position as needed for comfort and accessibility while driving.
