The Icom IC-905 is a multi-band all-mode transceiver designed for radio amateurs who want to explore the world of microwaves. It covers bands from 144 MHz to 5,600 MHz, and even 10 GHz with the optional CX-10G transverter.
It offers operation in SSB, CW, AM, FM, RTTY, DV/DD, ATV, and FM-TV modes. Its separate control and RF unit configuration minimizes losses, and its integrated GPS oscillator ensures precise frequency stability. It is ideal for high-frequency communications and SHF experimentation.
