The Hytera HM685L UHF is a next-generation professional DMR mobile transceiver designed to provide reliable voice and data communications in both vehicles and desktop installations. This data sheet refers exclusively to the UHF version ; therefore, all frequency and power specifications provided pertain only to this variant.
The HM685L allows operation in both digital DMR and analog FM , facilitating the use of existing infrastructure and the gradual transition to digital systems. Its UHF version operates in the 400 to 470 MHz range and has up to 512 channels and 32 zones , offering a high capacity for organizing different communication groups and services.
One of its standout features is audio quality. Hytera incorporates AI-powered noise cancellation, capable of reducing ambient sounds such as engines, traffic, and other noises present inside vehicles. It also features acoustic feedback suppression to improve communication when multiple radios are nearby.
Its compact design facilitates installation in vehicles and workstations. It incorporates a 1.45-inch, 320 x 240-pixel transflective display , designed to maintain good visibility in both low and direct sunlight. The professional construction offers IP54 protection and durability in accordance with MIL-STD-810H .
