The Hytera PD405 U1 Professional Portable UHF Radio (400-470 MHz) is a licensed professional portable radio from Hytera Communications ' PD4 series, designed specifically for demanding environments. It supports the UHF band (400-470 MHz) and is also ready for the digital transition thanks to its analog and digital (DMR) operation.

With a robust construction that meets durability standards, the PD405 is designed for security, industrial, logistics, or maintenance services. Its standard 1,500 mAh battery offers up to 16 hours of runtime in digital mode with a 5/5/90 duty cycle, ensuring a full workday.

The PD405's compact, lightweight, and ergonomic design makes it comfortable for extended use. The radio features advanced functions such as mixed mode (automatically detects and switches between analog and digital), emergency alarms, individual, group, and general calls, and expandability through compatible accessories.
