The remotely controllable switching power supply of the KPS series. The waveform generator can simulate common test conditions for electronic devices. In addition to the built-in USB interface, an optional Ethernet interface allows the user to configure, operate, and display the basic settings of the switched power supply via LAN or the Internet.
The KPS series uses SCPI (Standard Programmable Instrument Commands) syntax so that it can be easily integrated into electronic test systems. Two 4-digit displays offer a resolution of 10 mV or 10 mA. Three freely programmable presets for voltage and current can be saved and activated using the buttons on the front of the device. User-adjustable limit values for output current and voltage serve to protect connected loads from damage caused by overvoltage and overcurrent. The on / off button on the output and the locking button on the control elements allow safe and convenient operation. The possibility of analog remote control of the voltage, current and on / off of the output offers flexibility in the operation of the switching power supply.
