Locura Digital is turning 25! And we want to celebrate with you.
25 years It sounds so simple when you say it. It feels like only yesterday that we set out on this adventure and, almost without realising it, a quarter of a century has gone by. A journey full of excitement, hard work, lessons learned, unforgettable moments and, above all, people who have left their mark on our story.
Today we want to pause for a moment, look back and share with you something more than an anniversary. We want to share a little piece of who we are.
It all started with a passion
Our story goes back to 2001, to a very small project born of the persistence, enthusiasm and passion of a group of friends for the world of the internet and radio.
Back then, none of us could have imagined how far that adventure would take us. We had a lot to learn, big dreams and, above all, a huge desire to make something we believed in a success.
We started out in Valencia and, little by little, wrote new chapters in Santa Coloma de Gramenet, Mollet del Vallès, Granollers and, today, Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
Each of those places holds a part of our story. Memories, anecdotes, challenges, happy moments and also hard times that helped us grow.
We have moved premises, evolved with technology and learned an enormous amount along the way. But if there is one thing we always want to hold on to, it is the excitement and enthusiasm with which it all began.
The people who brought us here
If there is one thing we are sure of after these 25 years, it is that Locura Digital would not be what it is without the people who have been part of it.
We want to remember all our colleagues. Those who were there from the very beginning, when everything was still to be done. Those who joined along the way and brought their knowledge, their effort and their way of seeing things. And, of course, those of us who keep working every day so that this project continues to grow.
We have shared countless hours, worries, joys, challenges and moments we will hardly forget.
We haven't always got it right. We have made mistakes, had to learn from them and gone through periods that demanded the very best of us.
But we have also known how to support each other, celebrate the small wins and keep going when things got tough.
Everyone who has been part of this team has taught us something. Each of them has done their bit, and we want this anniversary to also be a tribute to all that effort that so often goes unseen behind what our customers see.
Because behind Locura Digital there isn't just a company. There is a team, there are stories, there are memories and, above all, there are people.
People who will always be part of our story.
A family that keeps on growing
And if there is something that makes this 25th anniversary especially exciting for us, it is being able to celebrate it with a much bigger family.
Joining Grupo ADTEL has brought us more experience, new challenges and, above all, new colleagues to share this adventure with.
Today we are a little bigger, a little stronger and, why not say it, even a little better-looking! Although that last part is probably up for debate ;)
Jokes aside, we feel lucky to keep growing surrounded by people who share our eagerness to learn, improve and take on new challenges.
Today, we are especially happy to be able to celebrate these 25 years with the whole Grupo ADTEL family too.

If we are here today celebrating 25 years, it is also thanks to you.
To those who trusted us when we were just starting out. To all of you who sent us your orders by fax when hardly anyone used email. To those who called a landline to check that we really existed and could actually ship a couple of walkie-talkies anywhere in Spain.
Thank you, too, to those of you who have been with us for years. And to those who have only just discovered us and decided to give us a chance.
You can't imagine how much we have learned thanks to you.
Your questions have helped us understand our own work better. Your suggestions have helped us improve. And so has your criticism, because we know we don't always get things perfect and that we still have a lot to learn.
You have helped us evolve, adapt to changing times and keep striving to offer you a better service every day.
For us, behind every order, every call and every enquiry there is a person who has chosen to place their trust in our team.
And that is something that, no matter how many years go by, we never want to take for granted.
Many of you are no longer just customers: you have become familiar faces, regular conversations and people with whom we share the same passion.
Thank you for your patience, for your words of encouragement, for recommending us and also for helping us see what we can do better.
Because we haven't written this story alone. We have written it, and want to keep writing it, together with all of you.
And we want to celebrate these 25 years with you!
Turning 25 is not something we want to celebrate on our own. After all, if we have made it this far, it is thanks to everyone who has trusted us over the years.

Still dreaming, just like on day one
25 years have gone by and the world has changed enormously.
Radio and communications have evolved, new technologies have arrived and the way we work today is very different from those early years.
And we have changed along with them.
But we still believe in what we do. We still get excited about new projects, learn from our customers and look for ways to improve.
We want to keep taking our passion for radio communications further and further, sharing that enthusiasm with new generations, with long-time enthusiasts and with everyone who, from any corner of the world, feels the same curiosity and fascination for this universe.
And, above all, we want those who join our story to find the same excitement that drove that small project back in 2001.
Because growing is important, but still believing in what we do, after so many years, matters even more.

Thank you to all the colleagues who have devoted part of their lives to this project.
Thank you to those of you who are with us today and still believe in us.
Thank you to those who shared part of the journey and left us memories, lessons and experiences that are still with us.

We feel lucky for everything we have lived through. For the people we have met, for what we have learned and for all the moments that have brought us here.
We don't know what the next 25 years hold for us. There will surely be new challenges, mistakes to learn from and plenty of changes to adapt to.
But there is one thing we are very clear about: we want to keep travelling this road with the same passion, closeness and enthusiasm we started with.
Because, in the end, these 25 years aren't measured only in the time that has passed, but in all the people who have given meaning to each and every one of those days.
