The President ACMR426 12/24V Vehicle Charger for President Jerry, President Randy III, and Randy III+ is a vehicle power and charging system designed to power President Randy III, Randy III+, and Randy III+ IP67 radios directly from a vehicle's cigarette lighter socket. The kit includes an electronic adapter that provides the necessary power to the radio during mobile use.
One of the main advantages of the ACMR426 is its wide input voltage range, accepting from 12 to 30 V DC . This allows it to be used in vehicles with 12 V electrical systems , such as cars and vans, as well as in 24 V vehicles , common in trucks and certain commercial vehicles.
The cigarette lighter adapter converts the 12-30V DC input voltage into a stabilized 12V DC / 3A output. Additionally, the cigarette lighter socket includes a 5A fuse for protection . The kit also includes the President module, which attaches to the walkie-talkie, allowing the device to be powered from the vehicle's electrical system.
