Its lightweight and ergonomic design makes it especially suitable for security, events, surveillance, logistics, or any environment where discreet and reliable communication is required for extended periods of operation. Compatible radios: Motorola MOTOTRBO R7 and radios with a compatible connector from the same series. - Suitable for left or right ear. - Over-the-ear design; no need to insert the earpiece into the ear.
