The CON4276 is a 7/16 DIN female clamp connector designed specifically for flexible 1/2 inch coaxial cables, ideal for high power and high frequency applications in telecommunications systems. This connector guarantees a robust and reliable connection, with an impedance of 50 O and a frequency range that can reach up to 6 GHz, ensuring signal transmission with minimal return loss.
Manufactured from high-quality materials such as nickel-plated or tri-metal brass, and with a gold- or silver-plated copper alloy central conductor, the CON4276 provides excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, even in outdoor environments. Its PTFE insulation provides high thermal stability, allowing it to operate in a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C.
This connector is assembled using a clamp system, which facilitates a secure connection without the need for soldering, simplifying the installation process. It is ideal for applications in mobile network infrastructure (such as 4G and 5G antennas and base stations) and other radio frequency applications that require durability and mechanical strength, with a lifespan of more than 500 mating cycles. In addition, its design can be rated IP67 or IP68, providing protection against dust and water, making it suitable for outdoor installations and demanding environments.
