Customer conditions to recive the refunds:
You have to buy us the repeater
The repeater has to be installed and it has to have a correct ID
DR-1XE repeater has to be in a perfect condition and working.
The customer has to send the old repeater DR-1XE -you have to pay the deliverys tax- until 30 days after you have installed the new repeater (DR-2XE).
After, we resend your old item to Yaesu UK ltd. to test it.
We send and process the documentation; This step will last about 30-45 days, after we receive the repeater DR-1XE.
We pay to customer 300€ refund when Yaesu pays it us.
Yaesu UK ltd tests old DR-1XE repeater; if it meets all requirements, they will make a bank transfer of 300€ in a customer account (Plan to upgrade).
